I still don’t understand the tiktok algorithm. As far as I can tell, it really doesn’t matter what time of day I post. I get the most views at night, except for when I post in the morning. Shrug. It doesn’t matter what hashtags I use, today they work, tomorrow they won’t. I did however have a video this week hit over 400 views and I’m pretty sure that’s viral by anyone’s standards.

This past week I did go ahead and create a little logo for profiles pictures on Facebook and Youtube. I found a pretty picture for my Facebook banner so I did make an effort there. I do know that I have to “cross promote” my content but it’s been fun to just play around on TikTok for awhile. I’m trying to decide if I need a scheduling tool right now or if I should post and go for a little bit.

I changed my logo to a different font I like better because I’m an enneagram 4 and I productively procrastinate by making things pretty. I also took some original photos at the sunflower field I went to on my first Live Well Darlings field trip! Yay!

It’s actually been a pretty great week.

I learned that doing technical things on my website makes me swear. I posted my first haul, recipe, and tutorial videos. My goal for next week is to finally and I mean finally do something with Facebook/Instagram. A girl can dream!
